Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries also contain anthocyanins which are anti-inflammatory. Drink shakes or juices of natural berries as they aid to reduce morning stiffness.
Turmeric is a super amazing herb that is high in curcumin, an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Its recommended to drink lukewarm organic turmeric water (1tbsp) in the morning to avoid any bone creaks.
Citrus fruits are highly beneficial for arthritic patients and they should heartily binge on strawberries, grapefruits, lemonades, oranges, pineapples, and kiwi as they are richest source of vitamin C. If you are taking supplements don’t exceed intake more than 65mg to 85mg as the risk for kidney stones increase.

Walnuts, almonds, pistachios all dry fruits as well as basil seeds, flaxseed are high in omega-3 and calcium, magnesium and vitamin E.
LOW-FAT DAIRY FOODS
How about some Greek yogurt or plain unflavored yogurt for breakfast? That’s what you need. Instead of consuming heavy whipped cream or milk.
Green tea contains antioxidants that reduce inflammation and slow cartilage destruction.
In addition to adding these healthy foods, eliminate processed meats and other foods, sugar and artificial sweeteners, trans-fats (hydrogenated oils), and white bread/pasta/rice. Choose the healthiest carbs and limit intake to heal yourself from arthritis pain.
