ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will take up on Thursday an intrigue recorded by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against previous president Asif Ali Zardari’s vindication in the polo ground and Ursus tractor reference.

The high court has issued a reason list, as per which, a two-part seat headed by the central equity of the high court will direct the conference. Capture tested Zardari’s quittance in 2014.

The responsibility court absolved the previous president in May 2014 in its judgment.

The reference recorded in 2000 affirmed that the polo ground at the Prime Minister House was developed amid the second residency of previous head administrator Benazir Bhutto on the verbal requests of her significant other Zardari to CDA directors Saeed Mehdi and Shafi Sehwani at an expected expense of Rs52.29 million.

The NAB in the reference assigned the two previous Capital Development Authority (CDA) directors as the essential charged.

It was asserted that both the previous CDA boss got sheds built and completed finishing in a segment of the Prime Minister House and changed over it into a polo ground.
