National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi has arranged a second defilement reference against Bahria Town boss Malik Riaz, as per a media report.
As indicated by the report, the reference has been sent to NAB Chairman Justice (r) Javed Iqbal for endorsement.
Seize is examining Malik Riaz and his child Ali Riaz for a situation with respect to infringement of land for their Bahria Golf City Murree venture. They are blamed for infringing ashore in Shamlat just as wrongfully distributing area for the venture.
The agency is now exploring Malik Riaz in the Takhat Pari land infringement case.
On March 21, the Supreme Court acknowledged Bahria Town’s idea of a Rs460 billion settlement for a situation of infringement along Karachi’s Super Highway. It ceased NAB from examining or recording any more bodies of evidence against Bahria Town Karachi.
