A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight was cleared by security authorities at Peshawar air terminal after a lie bomb alert, a representative for the national transporter said.
The flight, PK-350, was on the way to Peshawar from Karachi when the flight dispatch focus in Karachi got a telephone call cautioning about the nearness of a bomb locally available the plane 10-15 minutes before landing.
The Airbus A320 air ship securely arrived at Peshawar air terminal at around 11:45am, PIA representative Mashood Tajwar told DawnNewsTV.
Since the pilots had cautioned the control tower about the bomb danger, a crisis was pronounced at the air terminal, a source at the office said. The travelers were altogether made to land and the plane was stopped toward the finish of the runway for security checks.
Security and bomb transfer squad authorities sifted through the plane and cleared it for further administration.
