Today we will talk about all the healthy scrumptious snacks that will kill your noon boredom and body fat as well leave your stomach feeling full. Some of the highly nutritious value evening-time snack combinations that will refresh your senses include,

Cucumber Slices/Carrot with Hummus

Take ¼ cup of regular hummus and eat with 1cup of baby carrots. Cucumbers contain cucurbitacin E, a compound that may have anti-cancer effects. Hummus is made from chickpeas, olive oil and garlic, which reduce inflammation and may improve heart health. Hummus is gluten-free, vegan and keto-friendly so eat it all you want!

Yogurt and Berries

Greek yogurt topped with berries make for a perfect healthy snack. It is high in protein and a great source of potassium and calcium, fiber and gut-friendly probiotics. Avoid flavored yogurts or dumping sugar in plain yogurt as the unsweetened with fruits mixed in them will taste yummy.

Yes it’s healthy, strangely but popcorn is whole grain, full of fiber and a little bit of protein. Both dark chocolate and almonds are high in magnesium. One ounce of each provides about 300 calories in total. Dark chocolate is loaded with flavanols that may lower blood pressure and reduce heart disease risk so feel free to binge on crunchy popcorns and dark chocolates, but don’t overeat on it.
