Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Speaker Haji Ghulam Ali decided on Monday against signing the summary for the assembly dissolution.
Likewise the Punjab governor, the KP governor had also decided to not become the part of the assembly dissolution’‘‘‘s process. The summary – based on the advice – on behalf of KP CM Mahmood Khan will be sent to the governor on Tuesday.
Sources privy to the development said the KP governor will have to wait for 48 hours, so that as per the constitution.
