Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori on Tuesday took a fresh swipe at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, saying the latter, who once became a cricketing hero had damaged his reputation following the May 9 mayhem.

Expressing his views on the events that transpired on May 9, Mr Tessori said, “The country’s reputation was damaged after the May 9 riots. In the past, I felt good when people asked me to meet Imran Khan. But now I would like to request that people not ask me to meet Imran Khan.”

“Attacking military installations and setting fire to ambulances is not acceptable in any way,” Mr. Tessori added.

On Monday, Mr Tessori announced his mission to establish the metropolis as a prominent IT center. Under his ambitious plan, IT education will be made accessible to 50,000 young individuals.
