Three tourists lost their lives and as many were injured after a jeep they were travelling in plunged into a ravine near Paras Jabra area of Balakot on Monday.
Rescuers and police said that locals pulled out the bodies and the injured from the debris and shifted them to a nearby hospital.
Rescuers said that the ill-fated victims are said to be hailing from Punjab.
Police have launched an investigation while the identities of victims aren’t yet known.
